For the construction, we need a vacant lot in a prime location, measuring at least 3,000 square meters with a street frontage of at least 40 meters.
Properties in prime locations in Germany, Austria and Denmark, on transit routes or in industrial parks with logistics-related companies.
To reach professional drivers and travelers where they are, the property should be located near busy highways or transit routes (TEN-T).
With good visibility and optimal access, the site can also be located on roundabouts, corners, or side streets near major transportation routes.
